Youth Fitness Development
At NISF, we recognize that not everyone is sports-minded or interested and involved in athletics. But, that does not mean exercising for overall health & well-being, developing stronger bodies and maintaining a healthy, fit lifestyle should not be a priority in youth, teen and early adult years.
If weight is an issue and a large group setting is intimidating, you have found the right place and the right program. Let’s face it, young bodies go though many hormonal, physical and mental changes during these key transitional years.
Either individually or in a small group of no more than 4, these youth, pre-teen, teen or young adults are made to understand the importance of fitness at this stage and feel excited about overall conditioning and weight management.
Understanding, encouraging and nurturing instructors will help to achieve individual goals in a comfortable environment and setting.
