Adult Fitness/Conditioning Programs
First, you will familiarize yourself with the facility. You will learn where everything is, meet the instructors, have any questions answered and your concerns addressed. We will give you necessary paperwork and pricing schedule to review at your convenience.
Our instructors will work with you one-on-one. The instructor will ask you to fill out a “Client Prospectus” sheet which will help identify your strengths, weaknesses, goals and long term expectations as well as some key pertinent health information. This will get us started should you choose to move forward with this program. The instructor may even have you perform some basic exercises to help determine your fitness level and ability. Your evaluation is an ongoing process and your progress will be tracked, charted and reviewed regularly during the course of training. At this time, we can even show you a lot of what you will be doing going forward – we know you’ll be impressed!
